President Hal Hutchins and Vice- President Javaro Sims awarded the "2020 Civilian Employee of the Year" award to Service Population Advocate Ariana Ciancio from the Delray Beach Police Department. Ms. Ciancio was recognized for her tenacious work during the 2020 COVID 19 pandemic where she assisted over 550 people throughout Delray Beach, and arranged for the placing of 44 homeless people into housing and getting COVID protection procedures established. She worked tirelessly
