The Palm Beach County Association of Chiefs of Police was established in 1961 and has evolved into an organization with a mission to promote law enforcement excellence in Palm Beach County. Our members are recognized as leaders in their field and are responsible for developing leading-edge policies and practices for policing.

 

The Association coordinates efforts among the many law enforcement agencies serving Palm Beach County. We also partner with various public and private agencies in the interest of improving safety and the administration of criminal justice in our community.

 

We recognize the importance of effective legislation.  The Association collaborates with the Florida Police Chiefs Association to advocate for revisions to state law when necessary.
